Cloud relay or your own PCs
Use Relayant’s cloud relay, or run local relays on PCs in your control room — main and backup — so camera traffic never leaves your own network.
Built for alarm receiving centres
Sites on 4G, Starlink and CGNAT can’t be reached from outside, so their cameras and recorders go dark to your control room. Relayant fixes that: a small box at the site connects out securely, and your monitoring software reaches every device through one steady address.

Only your control room’s addresses get through.
4G, 5G and Starlink usually put a site behind CGNAT. There is no public address to forward a port to.
Even sites with a public address lose it when the ISP changes it overnight — and the link quietly breaks.
Port forwarding means a technician, the router password and a site visit. Often all three are missing.
How it works
Connect the Relayant box to the site’s network. It connects out to Relayant over an encrypted tunnel, so nothing needs opening at the site. No box? Install the software agent on a PC, Raspberry Pi or router already there.
The box finds the cameras, recorders and other devices on the site’s network. In the portal, pick the ones your control room needs and their ports.
Each device gets an address and port. Enter it in your monitoring software once — it stays the same even if the camera moves on the site’s network.
Features
Use Relayant’s cloud relay, or run local relays on PCs in your control room — main and backup — so camera traffic never leaves your own network.
The box checks each device every minute and tells you when one stops answering — from a simple ping to SNMP, Modbus and BACnet checks for building equipment.
Email, Microsoft Teams and Slack, with an alarm signal into your own receiving software over SIA DC-09. SMS is coming soon.
A professional, SLA-style report for every site: uptime, every incident and its cause, and whether your control room was alerted. Branded with your logo.
Partners and dealers can put their own name and logo on the portal and reports, and give their customers their own sign-in.
Owners, operators and viewers, each with the right access. Every change is recorded in an audit log you can search.
Security
Your sites’ cameras are some of the most sensitive devices your customers own. Relayant is built so the safe way is the only way.
Who it’s for
Reach every customer’s site from your control room, keep an eye on device health, and send each customer a report that shows the service you deliver.
Install a box on a 4G or Starlink site and hand the control room a working address on day one — no return visit to fight the router.
Farms, construction sites, solar plants, water and power infrastructure: anywhere the only internet is mobile or satellite.
FAQ
No. The box connects out to Relayant, so it works on any internet connection that can reach the internet: fibre, DSL, 4G, 5G or Starlink.
No. Nothing is forwarded or opened on the site’s router. Plug the box into the site’s network and it does the rest.
If your software connects to a camera or recorder by address and port, it works with Relayant. Each device gets an address and port you enter once.
The box reconnects by itself as soon as the internet is back. While it is down, the portal shows the site offline and your alerts tell you, so nothing goes unnoticed.
Yes. Run a local relay on a PC in your control room and boxes connect straight to it. You can run more than one, as main and backup.
Yes. The Relayant software agent runs on hardware the site already has: a Linux PC, a Raspberry Pi, a Docker host, or an OpenWrt or Teltonika router.
